ALARMS DEFINITION
The notification method is defined for each user and for each type of alarm.
The type of alarm and type of message are listed in the table.
ALARM TYPE TYPE OF POSSIBLE NOTIFICATION
Alarm Input 1, 2, 3 and 4 - None;
- Only SMS (default or customisable depending on the models);
- Only voice message (default or customisable depending on the models);
- SMS and voice (default or customisable depending on the models).
Tamper alarm,
Power Fault, Battery Fault(*)
- None;
- Only SMS (default not customisable);
- Only voice message (default not customisable);
- SMS and voice (default not customisable).
Tamper Restored, Power Restored,
Low GSM Signal, Periodic Test
- None;
- Only SMS (default not customisable)
(*) The sending of the notification “Battery Fault” indicates that the GSM telephone dialler has 20 minutes of residual
autonomy in stand-by.
NOTE. The submission of any alarm is disable during set-up mode. After some minutes of inactivity ending of set-up
mode will take place automatically.
CLIP
For every user,it is possible to remotely activate an output remote control function at zero cost with a single ring to the
dialer.
CLIP NOTIFICATION
For the above described function, it is also possible to define the type of confirmation (no confirmation, confirmation ring
or SMS confirmation) to send to the user that sent the clip command.
Customising SMS text
The text of the SMS sent when activating or restoring each GSM telephone dialler input can be customised.
The default values are:
- Alarm Input 1,
- Alarm Input 2,
- Alarm Input 3,
- Alarm Input 4,
- Input 1 Restored,
- Input 2 Restored,
- Input 3 Restored,
- Input 4 Restored.
In addition to these 8 messages, the GSM telephone dialler can send other non-customisable, "technical messages".
