3. Fill the syringe with 2-3 ml oil, ensuring that no
air is in the syringe or in the injection tube (Figure J).
4. Connect the syringe injection tube and tighten it
with a wrench (Figure K).
5. Press the syringe plunger several times,
allowing the necessary amount of oil to enter,
while excess air will travel into the syringe.
6. Remove the syringe by unscrewing the injection
tube.
7. Replace the oil screw.
CHANGING THE NOZZLE
1. Disconnect the air supply.
2. Unscrew the nozzle with a num. 73 wrench (10
mm or 12 mm, depending on the nozzle).
3. Choose the nozzle to be installed and thread it on.
4. Bear in mind that the nozzles should always be
kept tight, otherwise the riveter may suffer from
deterioration.
ADDING OIL
When there is an evident loss in the travel distance of
the riveter, this indicates that it may be time to
replace the oil.
1. Disconnect the air supply.
2. Remove the Num. 15 oil locking screw (Figure I).
