EN
The riveter is not working.
More than one press of
the trigger is needed to
place a rivet.
After a period of inactivity, the valve
sticks to the inside.
Pull the trigger and adjust the air intake cutoff
valve several times.
The air supply is depleted or was
removed.
Connect and verify that the feed pressure of
compressed air is between 6 and 7 bar.
The trigger button is damaged. Replace it with a new one.
Other causes. Send the tool to the dealer or to BRALO for

procedure described in the manual.
Slow operating cycle.
Lack of lubrication. Lubricate the jaw holder, nozzle holder and

Install a new spring.

nozzle holder.
Perform maintenance cleaning.
Insufficient air pressure. Check the pressure of the compressed air
supply to ensure it is between 6 and 7 bar.
Air pressure under specs. Verify that the air supply pressure is set between
6 and 7 bars.
Accumulation of dirt inside. Perform maintenance cleaning.
Nozzle damaged by wear, impact or
improper handling.
Replace nozzle with a new one.
Dirt buildup on the nozzle. Service clean the nozzle.
Broken or worn spring. Replace with a new spring.
Low oil or air in the hydraulic circuit. Perform an oil fill operation and purge the
