with a new rivet.

Tool jammed with broken mandrels.
The piston, spring or jaws are loose. Review the jaw carrier assembly according to
the procedure described in the manual.
Absence of oil. Perform an oil fill operation and purge the
circuit in accordance with the procedure
described in the manual.
Breakage of key parts; the fault
requires repair service.
Contact your dealer to find the nearest service
center.
Air Pressure under recommended
level.
Adjust the pressure properly according to
specifications.
The spent mandrel is not
sucked into the collector.
Insufficient or nonexistent air flow. Check the pressure of the compressed air
supply to ensure it is between 6 and 7 bar.
Tool capacity does not match the
type or diameter of the rivet.
Use another riveter from the BNT range with a
higher power rating.
Inadequate nozzle for the type of
rivet used, causing an incorrect
opening of the jaws, in turn
hindering suction of the shaft.
Identify the appropriate nozzle for the task and
replace it following the corresponding procedu-
re described in the manual.
The spent mandrel collector is full –
preventing the collection of more.
Empty the spent mandrel collector.
One of the jaws is damaged or
