In alleiniger Verantwortung, dass die nachste-
hend mit BM-928 bezeichnete Maschine in ihrer
Konzeption und Bauart sowie in der von BRALO,
S.A. in Verkehr gebrachten Ausführung den
grundlegenden Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsan-
forderungen der Verordnung 17/2010 der EG-Ri-
chtlinie 2006/42/EG und ihren nachfolgenden
Änderungen und Ergänzungen entspricht.
Bei einer mit dem oben genannten Hersteller
BRALO, S.A. nicht abgestimmten Änderung der
Maschine verliert diese Erklärung ihre Gültigkeit.
