4 Pipetting
1. Vent the suction bellows
a. Press the suction bellows together
before inserting the pipette.
2. Attach pipette
WARNING
Ensure that the pipette is firmly in place. Never use force! Es-
pecially with thin pipettes, there is a risk of glass breakage!
Risk of injury!
a. Always hold the pipette as close as
possible to the upper end and push it
carefully into the adapter until it is
firmly in place.
b. Always hold the device with the
pipette inserted vertically, tip down.
