If your Braun Lifting System isn't operating, start by cleaning and tightening the battery terminals. Also, ensure the chassis ground connection (frame ground cables) is clean and secure. If that doesn't work, try replacing or charging the battery. Check the fuse and replace it if necessary. Look for any loose terminals or broken wires and fix them. Correct or replace the Vehicle Interlock(s) circuit. Finally, disconnect the harness from the ramp and test the 8-pin Deutsch male plug terminals with a voltmeter.

If your Braun Lifting System ramp has power but the pump isn't working, try these steps: remove the relays from their sockets and use a voltmeter to test the wires/terminals at the relay sockets. Replace any faulty relays. Also, clean and tighten any loose connections, repair any broken wires, and tightly crimp the wire terminals to the wires.
