Deploy and Stow Pressure Relief Valves
Deploy and stow pressure relief valves are
factory set and typically should not require
DGMXVWPHQW$GMXVWPHQWSURFHGXUHW\SLFDOIRU
both valves. 7KHUDPSSDQFRYHUVXEÁRRU
must be removed to access relief valves.
Relief Valve Adjustment Procedure
1. Insert a 3/16 Allen wrench into the Allen
DGMXVWPHQWVFUHZ6HFXUHWKH$OOHQVFUHZ
and loosen the hex nut (do not remove hex
nut).
2. Place 40 pound load on ramp (at center).
3. Turn the Allen screw clockwise until pump
starts to lift the load.
4. Turn the Allen screw counterclockwise 1/4
turn.
5. Remove load from platform. Verify pump
will lift empty ramp.
6. Secure the Allen head screw and tighten
the hex nut securely.
