Pizza Dough
• The DOUGH setting is used to make a variety of bread
types (with the exception Pizza dough).
• After the end of the first rise, remove the dough, shape the
dough and bake it in a conventional oven.
• Dough cycle takes 1 hour 25 minutes.
• Pizza Dough setting will simplify Pizza Dough preparation.
When the dough is ready, roll it out with a rolling pin and
top with your favorite toppings. Then bake in a
conventional oven, following the times and temperatures
given in your recipe.
• The Pizza Dough cycle takes 50 minutes.
