Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Remove the lid from the cooking chamber

Remove the lid from the cooking chamber by removing hinge screws and sliding hinge pins.

Step 2: Attach one long leg and one wheel leg

Attach one long leg and one wheel leg to the back of the cooking chamber.

Step 3: Insert the hook of the wire rack

Insert the hook of the wire rack through the holes in the legs as shown.

Step 4: Attach remaining two legs

Attach the remaining two legs to the front side of the cooking chamber.

Step 5: Slide wheel axle through the holes

Slide the wheel axle through the holes in the wheel legs.

Step 6: Attach wheels to the wheel axle

Attach wheels to the wheel axle using M12 wheel axle nuts.

Step 7: Place smoke stack damper over the bolt

Place smoke stack damper over the bolt at the top of the smoke stack.

Step 8: Attach smoke stack to the cooking chamber

Attach smoke stack to the cooking chamber using bolts and nuts.

Step 9: Insert grease can holder through the hole

Insert grease can holder through the hole inside the cooking chamber on the left side.

Step 10: Attach front table by sliding pegs

Attach front table by sliding pegs into the tracks on the cooking chamber.

Step 11: Attach handle to the cooking chamber

Attach handle to the cooking chamber using bolts and nuts.

Step 12: Attach firebox bracket to the wheel legs

Attach firebox bracket to the wheel legs using bolts.

Step 13: Assemble firebox by attaching firebox top

Assemble firebox by attaching firebox top and firebox bottom using bolts.

Step 14: Attach firebox air shutter inside the firebox

Attach firebox air shutter inside the firebox using a bolt and nut.

Step 15: Attach firebox lid stop to the firebox

Attach firebox lid stop to the firebox using a bolt and nut.

Step 16: Attach firebox to cooking chamber

Attach firebox to cooking chamber and firebox bracket using bolts and nuts.

Step 17: Attach ash tray bracket to firebox

Attach ash tray bracket to firebox using bolts and nuts. Slide ash tray into bracket.

Step 18: Place cooking chamber charcoal grates

Place cooking chamber charcoal grates and cooking grills, then firebox charcoal grate and grills.

Step 19: Insert thermometer into the hole

Insert thermometer into the hole in the cooking chamber lid.

Step 20: Attach firebox lid handle

Attach firebox lid handle to the firebox lid using bolts and nuts.

Step 21: Attach firebox lid and reattach cooking chamber lid

Attach firebox lid and reattach cooking chamber lid using hinge screws.
