Turn the Printer Off
To turn the printer off, follow the steps below.

Confirm that Ready to Print is displayed on the
control panel.
Do not turn the printer off in the following situations:
■ Data Wait is displayed on the control panel.
■ The Ready lamp is blinking.
■ The Alarm lamp is on. See The Alarm Indicator
is On or Flashing on page 5-22.

On the printer's right side, press the side of the
power switch marked O to turn the printer off. The
printer is now off.
