Loading Paper

Load Paper in the Paper Tray
Follow the steps below to load paper into the paper tray.
Load paper into the optional Tray Module the same way.
To load A5 paper or to change to a paper size other than A5, you need to install or remove the A5 spacer.
To install or remove the A5 spacer, see Load A5 Paper in the Paper Tray/Changing the Paper Size from
A5 on page 3-10.

Gently pull out the paper tray until it stops.

Hold the paper tray with both hands, and then lift the
front slightly and pull it completely out of the printer.
Place the tray on a flat surface.
