d Open the Outer Back Cover (1) at the
back of the machine. Pull the jammed
paper out of the machine.
e Close the Inner Back Cover (1) if it is
open as shown in the illustration.
f Close the Outer Back Cover.
Make sure the Outer Back Cover is
closed properly.
g Using both hands, use the plastic tabs
on both sides of the machine to lift the
Scanner Cover (1) into the open
position.
Make sure that there is no jammed
paper left inside the machine.
