Beep Volume 1
When the beep is on, the machine will make
a sound when you press a key, or if you make
a mistake, or after you send or receive a fax.
You can choose from a range of sound
volume levels.
a Press Menu, 2, 4, 2.
b Press a or b to choose Low, Med, High
or Off.
Press OK.
c Press Stop/Exit.
Speaker Volume 1
You can choose from a range of speaker
volume levels.
a Press Menu, 2, 4, 3.
b Press a or b to choose Low, Med, High
or Off.
Press OK.
c Press Stop/Exit.
You can also adjust the speaker volume by
pressing Hook.
a Press Hook.
b Press d or c .
Each key press changes the volume to
the next setting. This setting will stay
until you change it again.
c Press Hook.
LCD display 1
LCD Contrast 1
You can adjust the LCD contrast for a sharper
and more vivid display. If you are having
difficulty reading the LCD, try changing the
contrast setting.
a Press Menu, 2, 5.
b Press a or b to choose Light or Dark.
Press OK.
c Press Stop/Exit.
