the telephone number, date and time of the last person who
called you.
To return the call you will be prompted to press

■ In some cases the number of the last caller will not be
available.
The BT exchange will provide a voice announcement stating
either:
“Y
ou were called at ‘date and time’. We do not have the
caller’s number to return the call”.
OR
“You were called at ‘date and time’. The caller withheld
their number”
