Why does my Buffalo B100 Pellet stove have a short flame at high feed rates?

If your Buffalo Pellet stove has a short flame at high feed rates, it could be due to several factors. First, the feed rate might be set too low, so increase the base feed rate of the stove using "Set-up Mode". Natural draft on the venting system may require the installation of an optional air damper. Contact your dealer to obtain a Buffalo Pellet Stove external air damper. The problem may also be caused by poor quality fuel, so acquire and use better quality fuel.
