What to do if Buhler 435 engine overheats?
- EEric AcostaJul 31, 2025
If your Buhler Lawn Mower engine is overheating, it could be due to several reasons. You can try the following: * Clean the radiator, cooler, and front grill if the cooling system fins are restricted. * Shift to a lower gear or reduce the load if the engine load is excessive. * Add oil if the engine oil level is low. * Fill the cooling system if the coolant level is low. * Replace the cap if the radiator cap is faulty. * Check the automatic tensioner and replace the belt if it's loose or worn. * Flush the cooling system if it's plugged. * Tighten the hose connection if there is a hose connection leaking.
