The oil is emulsified. The vacuum pump sucked in
liquids or significant
amounts of vapour.
• Flush the vacuum pump
(contact Busch).
• Clean the filter of the gas
ballast valve (GB).
• Modify the operational
mode (see Conveying
Condensable Vapours
[►14]).
