2. Use the or button to highlight ‘System Settings. Press and release the Select
button.
3. Use the or button to highlight ‘Alarm’ and press and release the Select button.
Alarm 1’ and .Alarm 2’ are displayed. Use the
or button to highlight the alarm
that you’d like to set.
4. Press and release the Select button to display the Alarm information and options
available.
5. Use the or button to scroll to each Alarm option in the list. Press the Select
button. Use the or button to change each setting and press the Select button to
confirm.
Note: Remember to set the alarm radio volume to one that will wake you. The alarm
volume will increase progressively until it reaches the alarm volume you have set.
6. Check that you have selected to turn the Alarm ‘On’ before you exit the Alarm menu.
7. When an alarm has been set, an alarm clock symbol will appear at the bottom of the
display, when the radio is on. In Standby mode, the time you have set for each alarm
(Alarm 1 and/or Alarm 2) will also be displayed.
Stop the Alarm
When the alarm sounds, press and release any button (except Select) to stop the Alarm.
Alarm off’ is displayed. Alternatively, you can press and release the Select button (see
Snooze function below).
Note: The alarm symbol will remain in the display and the alarm will sound again at the
same time the next day, unless it was set for ‘Once’ only.
Snooze
When the alarm sounds you can press and release the Select button to snooze for 10
minutes. A snooze time countdown will be displayed until the alarm sounds again.
