If you require any technical guidance or find that your product is not operating as intended, a simple solution can often be found in the Troubleshooting
3. Use the or button to highlight ‘Software Version’. Press and release the Select
button.

4. Press and release the Menu button to return to the station display.
Factory reset
You can reset your radio and restore all of the original factory settings.
Note: The product must be connected to the USB charging cable to enable a Factory
Reset. If you reset your radio all of your stored station presets will be deleted.
In DAB or FM mode:
1. Press and hold the Menu button to enter the menu options
2. Use the or button to highlight ‘System Settings’. Press and release the Select
button.
3. Use the or button to highlight ‘Factory Reset’. Press and release the Select
button.
4. ‘All settings will be restored to factory defaults! Are you sure?

displayed. Use the or button to highlight ‘Yes’. Press and release the Select
button.
5. If your radio is not connected to the USB charging cable ‘Please connect to power
supply’ is displayed. If the radio is already connected to the USB charging cable,
‘Restarting...’ is displayed, followed by ‘Welcome to Digital Radio’.
