Cut the rilsan collar holding the belt against the end
fixing plate on the motor side and throw it away.

Pass the belt around the motor pulley.
Do not loosen the tension eccentric (C).

The assembly is ready for submersion.
Move on to the submersion and attachment phase described in the following pages.
Mount the motor on the end fixing plate using the HSHC
M6x25 screws + Z6 washer + spring washer. Do not
touch the tension eccentric (C), it is adjusted in the factory
for optimum belt tension.

Before tightening the HSHC M6x25 screws, check that
the motor is correctly positioned flat against the end
fixing plate.

Using the carriage bolts, Z8 washers and M8 nuts, fix
the sub-coping stainless steel mounting plates (F) to
the end fixing plates.
Note: this step may be carried out at any time during
the preparation phase.
Position the connecting box angle bracket (D). Caution,
this should be located between the motor and the rear
wall of the pool and not between the motor and the
beam. Attach using the CSFSH M6x15 screws + Z6
washers + Nylstop M6 nuts (E).
