Finish tightening using a No. 5 Allen key.
Electrical connection:
- Make the electrical connections in the connecting box (end of travel
cable and motor power supply).
Connection details are illustrated in the diagram on the following page.
- Using the 4 HSHC M4 x 16 screws and the No. 3 Allen key, attach the
connecting box to the mounting plate (Select the position with the best
cable pathways). Close the connecting box.

When the assembly is correctly positioned, secure it in position:
Ensure that the upper section of each
end fixing plate is lying flat against the
pool wall. Using the mounting plate as
a template, drill Ø 10 mm holes, 80 mm
deep. In the case of a Blokit pool, drill
the holes furthest from the pool.
Place the bushing assemblies over the
holes and drive in using a mallet until the
screw head touches the plate.

Check that the sub-
coping mounting plate
is horizontal. Insert
wedges underneath it if
necessary.
Screw the screw into the Upat
express bushing, leave at
least 10mm protruding.

Close the connecting box.
- Plug the motor cable into the quick fit connector on the
connecting box.
- Next set the ends of travel.
After checking the wiring and the exactness of the ends
of travel, proceed with potting (pouring a self levelling
resin) until the terminal and wires are encapsulated.
Caution: once this step has been carried out it will no
longer be possible to access the interior of the box.
