Setting up System
1. Shut down the engine.
2. All passengers get off.
3. Lock up all doors.
When all doors are locked, the
anti-theft indicator remains on. The
anti-theft system is set up
automatically after 10 seconds. The
anti-theft indicator remains flashing
after the system is set up.
4. Make sure the indicator is flashing
before leaving the vehicle.
If anyone in the vehicle attempts to
unlock a door, the anti-theft system
will be activated. So do not leave
anybody in the vehicle.
Activate Anti-theft System
The system will give out alarm sound
in the following cases:
y Any door is unlocked without using
the keyless entry function.
y Front compartment cover is
unlocked without using the keyless
entry function.
y The power supply is turned on
without using the keyless start
function.
Deactivate Anti-theft System
Deactivate the anti-theft system by
any of the following actions:
y Unlock the doors with remote
control.
y Unlock the doors through the
microswitch.
y Press down the Start button and
the smart key is detected.
