What to do if my CAME FLUO-SL does not open or close?

  If your CAME Door Opening System automation does not open or close, start by checking the power supply. If the display is off, inspect and replace the mains fuse if necessary. Also, disconnect all accessories from terminals 0-1 and reconnect them one at a time, checking for 12V, to identify any short-circuited external accessories. Finally, ensure the doors can move freely and are not locked by bolts or locks.

  If your CAME Door Opening System opens but does not close, first check for anomalies during the safety devices test by using jumpers on contacts 41-8A, 41-8B, 41-6A, and 6B-41 one at a time. Then, verify that the opening sensors are not subject to vibration, false detections, or moving objects in their field of action. Finally, check the settings of the function selector to ensure the automatic closing is properly configured.

  If your CAME Door Opening System automation opens by itself, verify that the opening sensors are not subject to vibration, do not perform false detections or detect moving bodies in the field of action. If it's an EMERGENCY automation, wait for the test run to complete. If the EMERGENCY automation has detected a fault, check for the presence of the power supply, the battery connection and its efficiency, the contact closure 1-EO, and ensure the function selector device is in protected mode (padlock symbol lit). Also, check the position of the locking device and the connection 1-S1, if present.

  If the movement of the doors of your CAME Door Opening System isn’t linear, or reverses the movement for no reason, it might be because the automation did not successfully perform the automatic learning. Try performing a reset using the command 1-29, or power off and then power on the automation.
