W rong paper feed slot for this paper type.
Cause Corrective Action
Follow these steps to reload the paper , using the
Paper Feed Slot specied in Paper Source in the
printer driver .
1. Press the Load/Eject button.
The paper will be ejected.
2. Reload the paper in the Paper Feed Slot specied
in the printer driver .
The printer will resume printing.
The Paper Feed Slot where paper is loaded does not
match the Paper Source > Paper Feed Slot setting
in the printer driver .
Follow these steps to change the Paper Feed Slot
specied in Paper Source in the printer driver to
match the slot where paper is loaded.
1. Hold down the Stop button for a second or more
to cancel printing.
2. Change the Paper Source setting in the printer
driver to match the Paper Feed Slot where paper
is loaded, and then resend the print job.
Paper jam.
Cause Corrective Action
A paper jam occurred in the printer during printing.
1. Press the Load/Eject button and remove the
jammed paper .

2. If Not nished printing. Finish printing
remaining jobs? is shown on the Display Screen ,
press the OK button.
Printing will resume, starting from the page on
which the error occurred.
Y ou have loaded and printed on a roll when sheets
are selected as the paper source on the Control
Panel .
Press the Load/Eject button, remove the roll, and
load a sheet. Otherwise, select the roll as the feed
source on the Control Panel and reload the roll.
