Chapter 7
Clinical application
In chapter 7, you will be explained how to perform treatments with the
CAPENERGY devices and how to apply the electrodes and plates in
function of the different pathologies.
7.1 GETTING STARTED
What follows next forms part of basic knowledge and can be applied generally:
1. Take the device out of its packaging and verify no damages occurred during
transport. In case you detect any, do not use the device and notify of the damage as
described in the warranty conditions.
2. Before connecting the device to the network (230V~), make sure the power point has
been equipped with an earth wire.
3. Connect the mains cord to its corresponding connector in the back of the device and
insert the plug into the socket of the isolation transformer, then connect the isolation
transformer with his mains cord to the wall socket..
4. Start up the device by means of the switch located in the back of the device. As soon
as the device starts up, all the power outputs automatically set to ‘0’.
5. Before activating the device’s outputs connect the cable of the manual electrode to
the connector of the active output or connect the active plate to its corresponding
output. An electrode and an active plate cannot be connected at the same time to the
same connector.
6. Connect the cable of the passive plate to its corresponding connector.
7. Repeat the previous steps for all the electrodes or plates you wish to use during the
treatment.
