5.5 AVAILABILITY OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION
If requested, circuit diagrams, component lists, descriptions, instructions for calibration
and other information can be supplied in order to help adequately qualified personnel to
repair those parts of the device the manufacturer considers repairable.
5.6 MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY
CAPENERGY MEDICAL, S.L. is responsible for the safety, reliability and correct
functioning of the device only when:
Assembly, extensions, adjustments, modifications or repairs are carried out by
personnel specifically authorized by CAPENERGY MEDICAL, S.L.
The electrical installation of the rooms where the device is connected comply all
requirements.
The device is used according to the instructions explained in detail in this manual.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damages caused to persons or effects
derived from an incorrect use of the device, lack of or incorrect maintenance or failure to
observe the guidelines contained in this manual.
5.7 MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
The devices of the CAPENERGY product range (console) has a 24 month warranty
period starting from the date of purchase. The warranty is invalidated if the device is
operated, serviced or manipulated by personnel unauthorized or negligence occurs
during use of the device.
The accessories (electrode holder, active and passive plates and capacitive and resistive
electrodes) have a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is
invalidated by manipulations, interventions or modifications of the devices carried out by
unauthorized personnel or by negligent use of the accessories.
