4. CONFIGURING NOTIFICATION
FOR ALARM/EVENT OR SCHEDULATE
4.1 Conguring notication channels via SMS, e-mail, relè and
istant messanging
boss can notify maintenance technicians and site managers of any alarms/events or scheduled activities. To
do this, set addressees and set and test SMS and email delivery channels. Field relays can also be energised
or de-energised in response to an alarm.
1. Under Conguration Æ Peripheral I/O conguration
Æ SMS define:
• dialup modes
• one or more SMS recipients
2. Click Save.
3. Under Conguration Æ Peripheral I/O conguration
Æ email define:
• delivery modes
• one or more email recipients
4. Click Save.
5. Under Conguration Æ Peripheral Conguration
I/O Æ Relè define for each relais:
• The value of the excitation signal
• reset type and duration type if time reset .
6. Click Save.
Note: For internal relays, active status is set in safe-
mode (automatic activation in the event of power failures)
7. For each notification channel, it is possible to run
the functioning test by pressing the Test button and
selecting the recipient.
8. Under Alarms/events Æ Events list check the tests
results.
