20036 IPsec tunnel expiry The device cannot communicate with
Verizon's Network.
Please check the LAN/
Firewall settings,
connectivity status and
available bandwidth. When
the connection is
re-established, the device
will attempt to create a new
tunnel automatically.
If the problem persists,
please contact Verizon
Wireless Customer Service.
20037 IPsec IKE SA expiry The device cannot communicate with
Verizon's Network.
Please check the LAN/
Firewall settings,
connectivity status and
available bandwidth. When
the connection is

will attempt to create a new
