3.3.4 Keyboard Settings
Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Keyboard.
Make settings concerning keyboard operations.
[Repeat] Tab
Tab Item Explanation
Enable character
repeat.
Check the check box to enable repeating key entry.
Repeat delay Specify the waiting time period until repeating key entry
starts.
Repeat
Repeat interval Specify the interval between repeating key entries. The set
values can be checked using the text box at the bottom.
