4.3 Connect to the Internet
4.3.1 Internet Explorer
Select Start -> Programs -> Internet Explorer.
Web pages on the Internet and Intranet can be displayed in the browser.

Item Explanation
File Open, Save As, Work Offline, and Close.
Edit Use Select All. This selection can be followed by cut, copy, and paste.
View Specify the text size and encoding. The following functions are also available.
- Move, back, forward, stop, refresh
- Show/hide toolbars
- Internet options
Favorites Use “Bookmark” and “Organize bookmarks”.
Toolbar composition
Item Function
Back Returns to the most recently displayed page.
Advance Move to the page that was displayed before going back.
Refresh Updates the current page to the latest information.
Home Returns to the homepage.
Favorites Displays the Favorites menu
