Using
the
Lesson
Function
The
Lesson
Function
provides
two
different
lesson
types.
Easy
Lesson
Use
Easy
Lesson
when
you
want
to
concentrate
on
playing
the
correct
notes.
Select
a
lesson
part
and
then
press
the
keys
that
are
indicated
on
the
FD-1
display.
The
other
parts
being
played
back
wait
until
you
press
the
correct
key,
which
means
you
can
practice
playing
at
your
own
pace,
If
you
are
connected
to
a
keyboard
with
a
Key
Lighting
sys-
tem,
the
keyboard
keys
also
light
to
show
you
the
notes
to
play.
Normal
Lesson
Use
Normal
Lesson
when
you
want
to
practice
playing
back
at
normal
speed.
The
display
of
the
FD-1
still
shows
you
the
keys
to
press,
but
the
other
parts
play
back
normally,
with-
out
waiting
for
you
to
play
the
correct
note.
If
you
are
connected
to a
keyboard
with
a
Key
Lighting
sys-
tem,
the
keyboard
keys
also
light
to
show
you
the
notes
to
play.
Playback
Note
Indicators
The
keyboard
keys
you
should
press
when
using
the
Lesson
Function
are
indicated
on
the
display
of
the
FD-1.
Some
key-
boards
also
indicate
the
notes
you
should
play.

Lighting
Keyboard
Keyboard
keys
light
up
to
show
you
the
notes
to
play.
The
key
that
is
lit
is
the
one
that
is
currently
being
played,
while
the
key
that
is
flashing
is
the
one
you
should
press
next.

comes

the
keyboard
for
more

Notes
are
indicated
on
a
graphical
keyboard
shown
on
the
display.

A
digital
piano
cannot
indicate
notes
you
should
play,
but
you
can
see
the
notes
on
the
graphic
keyboard
on
the
dis-
play
of
the
FD-1.
Using
Easy
Lesson
Easy
Lesson
accompaniment
waits
until
you
play
the
correct
note,
so
take
your
time
and
play
at
your
own
pace.
