Try stopping the playback, disconnecting, and then reconnecting the USB cable. If the problem persists, quit the MIDI software, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable, then restart the MIDI software and try again.

      If tones and/or effects sound strange on your Casio Electronic Keyboard, and turning it off and on doesn't help, it might be due to the “Auto Resume” feature. Try turning off “Auto Resume”, then turn the power off and back on again.
