4.C ELECTRIC CONNECTION
4.D PLUGING THE MACHINE TO THE AIR SOURCE
An air pipe of Ø 8 mm inside bore supporting the maximum pressur of the source should be used to connect the machine. Dry and
non lubricated air should be supplied to the machine.
Machine should be connected to an air source supplying from 6 to 8 bars.

The user of the machine should connect it to a cable and power
source in conformity with safety regulation. It is recommended to
have an electrician checking your electrical system before plugging
the machine on it.

The cable of the machine is contains 3 wires, it must be connected to 240 volts
single phase, the earth must be connected to the yellow/green wire.
The main contactor (12) must be in position 0 during the cabling.
The contactor rotating button (BT) allows to switch on the machine, it can be locked
with a locker in the 0 position. Lock that button in 0 position before any maintenance
or when the machine is not used.

On the right side of the machine, is located a air conditionner system.
Connect the Z749 to (R)
The rotating valve (15) is used to switch on the air, it is possible to lock it with a
locker.
The rotating button (BR), allows to adjust the air pressure, pull up this button and
turn it to set the pressure at 6 bars on the manometer (M)
