6.C REPLACEMENT OF THE WASTE SUPPORT
Open the cover as explained in chapter 6.A OPENING THE COVER page 31
Before performing any maintenance , switch off the main electrical contactor (12) and the air rotating switch (15)
and lock it with a locker.
Install the blade and lock
its screw.
Pay attention to the blade
mounting way!
Unlock the screw (V7) and
slide down the locking key
(V).
Lock back the screw (V7)
and make sure the blade
will be free of rotating.
Note : motors are
featuring a breaking
system which makes the
rotation of the blades
difficult. It is normal to feel
some resistance when
trying to rotate the blades
by hand.
Close back the cover and lock its 3 clamps.
Your machine is equiped
with a waste support.
When it is damaged, the
waste will crack before the
end of the cut and cause a
crack at the bottom of the
moulding.
To replace it, unscrew the
screw(V9).
Remove the waste
support and replace it by a
new one (reference
Z23243).
Lock the screw (V9)
making sure the waste
support is perfectly
levelled with the tables.
Warning : after replacement of the waste support, do the first cut in very slow motion as the blades will
machiner the waste support which is made of aluminum !
