configurations of how the densifier system can be set up. They can be run
intermittently, continuously or after weight complete.
Once the target weight is achieved, a signal is sent to close / stop the overhead feed
device.
The controller will take a final reading, adjust for weight variations.
The densification system will raise.
The bag strap support latches will automatically release.
The densification table will lower filled pallet onto powered discharge conveyor.
After a brief delay, the dust tight bag seal cuff will deflate allowing the operator to
remove the BB neck from the fill spout head
Operator Ties off the BB.
The operator to make sure the bulk bag support straps are folded down and clear of
the latches to minimize risk of catching the loop latches, while the BB is being powered
off of the loading deck.
The operator presses the bag discharge PB.
The filled bag and the pallet are powered out onto the adjacent gravity accumulation or
powered conveyor for staging.(additional powered roller conveyor sections may be
added to the bag discharge conveyor for additional bag accumulation to increase the
holding capacity of the system. Photo eyes will then automatically regulate the
number of pallets accumulated on the conveyor system.
At the same time a new pallet is staged in place. ( automatic system)
The fill process is complete and repeated using the same the procedure outlined above.
AUTO STRAP RELEASE (OPTIONAL)
The auto strap release is a feature that releases the bag loops from the BBL when the weight
cycle is complete. This action takes place at the end of the fill cycle after a timer expires either
in the PLC or the controller depending the type of controller your equipment has.
