Controller
The style controller CBE uses is an analog controller. We primarily use two (2) different
manufacturers for our controllers. We do this because some customers prefer a simple digital
display and others want a higher end controller that can provide management information.
The 2 different brands that we use are: CBE Data Touch and the Avery 405. In this section we will
go over how to calibrate, and set the target weight for each controller. When you go to perform
these functions be sure to use the correct section, matching the controller on your machine.
Note:
To Calibration a Bulk Bag Scale:
To calibrate scale you need a minimum of 10% of the scale capacity, which for our bulk
bagger would be around 1000 to 1500#.
NOTE:
THE “ENTER” KEY IS THE” 0 “/ ZERO LOCATED IN THE LOWER LEFT
HAND CORNER OF THE DISPLAY. WHEN PERFORMING THE
CALIBRATION OR SETTING TARGET WEIGHT, THEY SAID “ PRESS
“ENTER KEY WHICH IS THE “0”/ZERO KEY IN Lower LH corner.
