ADJUSTING PREACT
To adjust the PreAct, use the same procedure as you would to get to target weight. Just
advance to the next step by pressing the “0” / zero key. Next up is “Preact“. Preact is the
value amount you enter when you put the filled bag on the floor scale. Exam: The Bag
weighs 52# and target weight is 50. You would enter minus 2# in Preact.

◙ If nothing is working/running as expected, press <SELECT> until Mname Test is
displayed, and press <ENTER>. This is a test procedure that should fire any
required set points for the bagging system's operation.
◙ If the start process has begun, but none of the relays are firing, (if installed, press the
STOP key until ABORT is displayed on the indicator) check variable 20, and make
sure it is blank.
◙ To do this, press 80.20<SELECT>. Check the value of the variable, if there is
anything stored; press <CLR> to clear it out.
◙ If this is blank, cycling power on the indicator will reset any variables that contain
setting for the indicator to run the process.
