◙ If correctly connected, try a Calibration Reset. Press <CAL> and when "FirstZero?"
is displayed press <SELECT> until Cal Reset is displayed. Press <ENTER> to reset
and recalibrate the indicator.
◙ If Calibration Reset does NOT work, hook a load cell simulator up to the indicator to
test and make sure indicator is working correctly.
Troubleshooting
◙ If load cell simulator works fine, hook the load cell back up to the indicator.
◙ Go into setup: 100<SELECT>23640<TIMERS & ADJUST><ENTER>
◙ Key in 110<SELECT> and enter a weight HIGHER than currently in the indicator. If
100 lbs, set to 250. To do this, just key in the desired weight and press <ENTER>.
◙ Once the desired weight is entered, press <ZERO>, when prompted "Enter=Cal!"
press <ENTER> and proceed through calibration.
◙ Once calibrated, if "Cal good?" displays on indicator, press <ENTER> through
remaining prompts.
Troubleshooting
◙ Once back in weigh mode, re-enter setup and go back to parameter 110.
◙ Change the newly keyed in value back to original weight value, and proceed to
calibrate once again by pressing <ZERO> and <ENTER> to re- calibrate.
◙ USE THE NEXT STEPS AS A LAST RESORT!
◙ If this still does NOT fix the issue, the indicator MAY need to be defaulted at P65001.
Key in 100<SELECT>23640<TIMERS & ADJUST><ENTER> to enter setup.
◙ Key in 65001<SELECT> to get "Defit All" and press <ENTER> through the prompts.
◙ The program will NEED to be reloaded and the indicator re-calibrated.
