Where, NN= last digit of Original Extensio n numb ers that is to be program m ed for this feature.
XXXX = Extensio n numb er to which call will land in Hotline
feature.. Dial #* 0000 + 884 NN # - To convert N Extensio n in normal mode.
Note: When all Extensio ns are converted to Hot Line then to get into the Programming mode, lift Handset – dial * # * 0000
+ whateve r Program ming to be done.
Default: All extensio n is in Normal Mode.
. Junction Access During Power Failure .
When the system is switched OFF, the Junctio n lines get directly connected to following respective extensio ns.

. Junction Access Codes / Change .
Junctio n lines can be accessed in rotatio n by dialing 0.
To access a particula r junction line:

The junctio n access code can be chang ed from 0 to 8. Refer heading ‘Junctio n Gro upi ng’ for proced ure.
. Junction Access in Circular / Sequential Mode .
In case of dialing out on the Junctio n Lines, PBX can be configured to work in either of the following 2 modes:
Mode Descriptio n
Circular When an extensio n dials 0, the PBX will allot Junctio n numb ers 01.
Next time any Extensio n dial 0, Junctio n numb er 02 will be allotted. Then 01.
Sequential When an extensio n dials 0, the PBX will allot Junctio n numb ers 01.
Next time any Extensio n dial 0 and if Junctio n 01 is free then Junctio n 01 will be allotted.
Junctio n numb er 02 will be allotted only when Junctio n 01 is engaged .
Programming : To program in Circular mode,
Dial #* 0000 + 0620 #
To program in Sequential mode,
Dial #* 0000 + 0621 #
. Junction Access Control .
Every Extensio n can be programm ed to access Junctio n Line. The access to each Extensio n can be different in Day mode
and Night mode.
Proced ure:
Dial #* 0000 + 70 J NN X # (For Day Mode access)
Dial #* 0000 + 71 J NN X # (For Night Mode access)
Where J = Junctio n Numb er (1 to 2)
NN = Last two digits of Original Extensio n Numb e r (01 to 12)
X = 0 to allow Junctio n access
1 to Disallow Junctio n access.
Dial #* 0000 + 70 J X # (To allow/disallo w all extensio ns to access Junctio n in Day Mode)
Dial #* 0000 + 71 J X # (To allow/disallo w all extensio ns to access Junctio n in Night Mode)
Default: All extensio ns are allowed to access Junctio n Line in both Day and Night mode.
. Junction Dialing Controls .
Junctio n dialing facility can be controlled Extensio n wise as below:

where, NN= Last two digits of Extensio n numb e r.
L = 0 - The Extensio n can dial only the numb ers starting with digits defined in “Allowed Table”
1 - The Extensio n can dial all numb ers.
2 - The Extensio n can dial all numb ers except for ISD numb e rs.
3 - The Extensio n can dial all numb ers except for STD numb ers.
4 - The Extensio n can dial all numb ers except for the numb ers starting with digits defined in “Deni ed
Table-A”
5 - The Extensio n can dial all numb e rs except for the numb ers starting with digits defined in “Deni ed
Table-B”
6 - The Extensio n canno t dial out but can make internal calls.
To give all extensio ns the same L value:
Dial #*0000 + 40 L #
Note: In default: all extensio ns are in L = 1 mode.
