SUPPORT AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
9.1 Hardware activation
A message will be shown in the main menu if the hardware needs (re)activation.”
In the following cases it is possible to activate or reactivate the hardware.

SERVICE NEEDED
OPP SWITCH WAS OPEN
The security switch of the terminal was open. Check if the terminal has been correctly
assembled. To prevent skimming also check if the device and the wiring have not been
modified in any way. Activate the hardware afterwards.
SERVICE NEEDED
SCR SWITCH WAS OPEN
The security switch of the SCR-B50 was open. Check if the SCR-B50 has been correctly
assembled. To prevent skimming also check if the device and the wiring have not been
modified in any way. Activate the hardware afterwards.
SERVICE NEEDED
SWITCHES WERE OPEN
The security switches of the terminal and the SCR-B50 were open. Check if the terminal and
the SCR-B50 have been correctly assembled. To prevent skimming also check if the devices and
the wiring have not been modified in any way. Activate the hardware afterwards.
OUT OF ORDER
SCR SWAPPED
The SCR-B50 has been replaced. Reactivate the hardware.
SERVICE NEEDED
The hardware is not activated yet.
If it is not possible to activate or reactivate the hardware an activation error pop-up will appear. First follow the instructions
described in the table below before you try to activate or reactivate the hardware again.
Attention: to prevent skimming always check if the hardware components and/or wiring have not been modified in any
way!

The hardware is already activated.

LCL DEVICE DISMOUNTED
Check if the terminal has been correctly assembled. If so,
check if the wiring is not damaged. Replace the terminal if the
aforementioned actions did not solve the problem. Try to
reactivate the hardware after replacing the terminal.

SCR SWITCH IS OPEN
ACTIVATION
EXT DEVICE DISMOUNTED
Check if the SCR-B50 has been correctly assembled. If so,
check if the wiring is not damaged. Replace the SCR-B50 if the
aforementioned actions did not solve the problem. Try to
reactivate the hardware after replacing the SCR-B50.

The wrong SCR keys are loaded. Replace the SCR-B50 and try
to reactivate the hardware afterwards.
