10 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
10.1 COR-A10
Use a sponge or wet cloth soaked in water with soap to clean the casing of the COR-A10 or use antistatic and antibacterial
cleaning pads. CCV recommends to clean the casing once a week.
Avoid using high pressure cleaners, abrasives and chemical cleaning fluids (for example petrol, turpentine, acetone, alcohol,
and thinner).
10.2 OPM-C60
It is not necessary to clean the OPM-C60 because it is built in the PMS.
10.3 OPP-C60 (c) and OPP-C60 (s)
Use a sponge or wet cloth soaked in water with soap to clean the casing of the OPP-C60 (c) and OPP-C60 (s) or use antistatic
and antibacterial cleaning pads. CCV recommends to clean the casing once a week.
Avoid using high pressure cleaners, abrasives and chemical cleaning fluids (for example petrol, turpentine, acetone, alcohol,
and thinner).
10.4 SCR-B50
To clean the casing of the SCR-B50 it is recommended to use alcohol or antistatic and antibacterial cleaning pads. CCV
advises to clean the casing once a week.
For normal outdoor operation it is recommended to clean the magnetic head and chip contacts daily. It is recommended for
indoor applications to clean the magnetic head and chip contacts once a week. CCV advises to use cleaning cards. Contact
our Sales Support department to order cleaning sets.
10.5 Order cleaning kits
A special cleaning kit is available for the cleaning of the various components. The kit
contains antistatic and antibacterial cleaning pads to clean the casing of the
components and cleaning cards for the card reader of the SCR-B50.
