Open the garage door, and gently
rest the SDO4 SMART on top of the
open door.
If your ladder is high
enough, we recommend
resting it on top of the
ladder.
Find the center line of the garage
door, and mark it on the ceiling
above the location of the drive rail
hanger.
You can use the SDO4
SMART drive rail as a
gauge to assist you if
necessary.

Locate the long clevis pin through
the holes and secure it into position
with a supplied E-Clip on the other
end of the clevis pin.
Split Pins have also been
supplied should they be
preferred over the use of
the circle pin clips.
