DISASSEMBLY • REASSEMBLY
Disassembly Procedure
1. Place two wooden blocks under the frame of the fixed part of the mast
2. Disconnect the battery plug
3. Remove the rear cover and the battery cover
4. Remove the battery
5. Disconnect the alimentation cable between the contactor group and the two logic unit
6. Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the pump motor
7. Set the hoisting attachment and remove the counterweight set bolt
8. Remove the counterweight
Reassembly Procedure
The reassembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
Check that bolts are in the following sequence: V

; after that tighten them the bolts to =
340 Nm
340 Nm (+7% / -3%)
140 Nm (± 5%)
283 Nm (± 5%)
