Manual alarm button (red)
The control module has a red manual ALARM button on the face that, when pressed
and held for three seconds (when in active mode), activates the full acoustic and visual
alarms of the device.
When the BA is in sleep mode, the manual ALARM button must be pressed and
held for
four seconds to display the pre-alarm diagram on the screen and seven seconds to
display the full alarm diagram and activate the distress signal and alarms.
To deactivate the full alarm, press either of the green RESET buttons twice within one
second.
Motion alarm
The control module contains a motion sensor that detects the motions of the operator.
The full motion alarm is reached within 30 seconds with the 30 second period
being split
into four levels (refer to
Figure 28
). Levels 1 through 3 are deemed the PRE-ALARM
levels while Level 4 is the full motion alarm level.
The alarm tone changes for each level. Operators must be able to identify level alarm
tone.
