3.5 Press and hold the red ALARM button on the
front of the control module until the manual
alarm activates.

The control module sounds the tone of the
control module full alarm.

Check the buddy lights on the control
module are flashing red.

Check the red triangle LED is solid in the
HUD.

Check the full-alarm icon is displayed on the
primary screen of the control module.

Check that shaking the control module does
not reset the full alarm.
3.6 Reset the control module alarm by pressing
either green RESET button on the side of the
control module twice within one second.
4 Voice projection speaker.
4.1 Check the button is not damaged or missing.
4.2 Check the speaker is free of dirt or debris.
4.3 Check the speaker is attached to the left shoulder strap.
4.4 Lightly depress the PURGE button to activate
the microphone in the demand valve.
Once activated, double tap the demand valve.
Verify the sound is emitted from the voice
projection speaker.
