This function code is for user to customize parameter
User can select any function code of VSS into L1 group, for easy check and change.
L1 group has total 30 customized parameters, if L1 display 00.00, indicating function code is
empty.
The two bit in left indicate function code group, the two bit in right indicate the position in the group.
For example, 05.15 means C1.15. A0~F20 group equal to the two bit in left, U0~U1 equal 48 and 49.
Setting 21~47 indicate the function code is empty.
