Grain Tank Cross Auger
Shaft
Lubricate two fittings On the right-hand and left-hand ends
of the grain tank cross auger shaft.
Angled Auger Drive
Sprocket
Lubricate one fitting Right-hand side of grain tank on the
angled auger drive sprocket.
Rotary Screen Drive Idler Lubricate one fitting. Fitting inside rotary screen.

Wheel Hardware Check torque every 10 hours or until the
wheel hardware remains tight
Refer to the Specifications section for
the correct wheel hardware torque
specification.
250 Hour Maintenance

Engine Oil and Oil Filter
(Change after first 50 hours
and every 250 hours
thereafter).
Drain crankcase, install new filters. Refill
crankcase to correct level with new oil of
type recommended.
Clearly indicate that the engine oil has
been drained and the combine engine
must not be started.
Transmission Housing Check oil level and fill if necessary. Check
breather.
Refer to the Specifications section for
the correct oil.
Final drive Housings Check oil level and fill if necessary. Check
breather.
Refer to the specifications section for
the correct oil.
Hydrostatic Oil Filter
(Change after the first 50
hours and every 250 hours
thereafter).
Replace filter element
Pitman Driven Sheave Check torque. Refer to the Specifications section for
the correct torque specification.
Pitman Drive Hub Check torque. Refer to the Specifications section for
the correct torque specification.
Shaker Arm Bolt Check torque. Refer to the Specifications section for
the correct torque specification.

Transmission Shift Linkage Lubricate one fitting On right-hand side of transmission
Brake Pedal Shaft Bearings Lubricate two fittings Located under cab.

Component Action Required General Information
Brake Fluid Check fluid level in auxiliary reservoir and
fill as necessary.
Fluid level to be 6 mm (1/4 in) from
top. Refer to the Specifications section
for the correct brake fluid.
