4 Location LED

Off - Location beacon is turned off

Blinking blue - Location beacon is turned on in Gaia Portal
or Gaia Clish

Solid blue - Location beacon is turned on with the Locator
button
Note - Turn off the Location beacon LED the same way you
turned it on.
5 Thumb screws
for cooling fan

Loosen screws to remove the cooling fan unit from the
appliance.
6 Cooling fan
units
Units are numbered from right to left: 1, 2, 3, 4 in stacks of two
(one inner and one outer) for a total of 8 fans.
When checking the hardware sensors in the CLI, they are
referred to as "Fan1_IN" and "FAN1_OUT", ..., "Fan4_IN" and
"Fan4_OUT".

7 Main power
switch
When the appliance is turned off, turns the appliance on.
When the appliance is turned on, pressing and releasing the
switch starts an orderly shutdown process. Alternatively, holding
the switch for 4 seconds forces a machine shut down.
8 Alarm Off

If a power supply cable is not connected to the outlet, an alarm
sounds continuously. Press this button to turn off the alarm.
Note that this button is functional immediately after powering up
the appliance.
9 LED indicator

Off - No power cord is connected to any of the PSUs in the
appliance
n
Green - Appliance is turned on
n
Blinking green - Power cords are connected to all PSUs,
but the appliance is turned off
n
Amber - No power cord is connected to the PSU, but other
PSUs in the appliance are connected to a power cord
n
Blinking amber - Warning about a hardware issue (high
temperature, high power, high current, slow fan) that may
lead to an issue with the PSU
n
Blinking fast green - PSU in Firmware update
