Seat and Safety Protection
Regularly check whether the seat belt is
damaged or worn or not.
The belt stretched (e.g. after a traffic
accident) shall be replaced immediately
by the CHERY Authorized Service
Station and the relevant parts shall be
checked.
Clean the seat belt
Use the interior cleaning agent or fresh
warm water to clean the seat belt and
make it dry naturally. DO NOT employ
the manual heating method to dry the
belt.
Airbag ( )
Employ the airbag together with the
safety belt to help reduce the possibility
of the serious injured in the major impact
accidents.
CAUTION:
Please DO NOT try to repair
or lubricate the retractor for
seat belt or the belt buckle
mechanism. Please do not amend the
safety belt by any means, otherwise
any problem caused hereto is without
warranty provided by CHERY
Automobile Co., Ltd.
Please DO NOT use the
chemical cleaning agent,
boiling water, bleaching
agent or coloring agent to clean the
seat belt. Please DO NOT make the
water penetrate into the retractor
mechanism of the seat belt.
The airbag will give out some loud
sounds when air charging. In addition,
there are also some harmless smoke-like
powder residues. The both are the normal
phenomena.
